Is there a membership fee?

No, with $20 order pick-up and delivery are FREE!

 

What do I put my clothes in?

SonShine provides you with 2 reusable delivery bags.

 

When will my clothes be pick-up/ dropped-off?

Deliveries are Tuesday & Thursdays.  When you sign up you will discuss your preference for service frequency. We can accommodate weekly & bi-weekly service.  

 

What about Holidays?

In the event of Holidays, SonShine will notify you about schedule changes in advance.

 

What if I have a special request or alteration?  

Just leave a note in your bag.  Please identify the garment and special instructions. Alterations require longer turn-around time. If we have a question we will follow-up via email.
